Payment, Order and Refund Policy

 

A.   Payment

 

To secure your order, advance payment is required. The accepted payment methods are:

PayPal (Friends)

Revolut 

Bank Transfer

Cash

Please include "Bread" or "Cookies" or "Cakes" in the reference field of the transaction.

For cakes, a payment of at least 50% of the total estimated value must be made in advance.


The final quantity of the cakes may vary more or less. Any surplus will be charged to the customer, however 

If the weight exceeds 500g, it is at the discretion of the customer whether they will pay the difference.

 

B.   Ordering Process:

To ensure smooth processing of your future orders, please provide us with your contact details, including:

Please confirm your order, once you paid, send us a message or call us. Once we have received your order and payment you will receive a confirmation via email address, and we will promptly prepare it for collection on the specified date and slot time.

Last Minute Orders

 

For orders placed within a short notice period, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee. 

This fee is determined based on the quantity of the order and the urgency required to fulfill it. The following conditions apply:

 

1. Notice Periods:

   - Sourdough Bread: Please place your order at least 36 hours in advance.

   - Cookies: Kindly place your order at least 24 hours in advance.

   - Cakes: We need at least 5 days in advance.

 

2. Fee Structure: For orders placed within these notice periods, an additional fee will be applied as follows:

   - Sourdough Bread: Orders placed less than 36 hours in advance are not possible due to fermentation process!

   - Cookies: Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance will incur an additional fee!

   - Cakes: Orders placed less than 5 days in advance will incur an additional fee!

 

3. Notification: Customers will be informed of the exact additional fee at the time of placing the last-minute order. 

This fee must be accepted and paid prior to order confirmation and processing.

 

4. Exceptions: We may waive the additional fee at our discretion under certain circumstances, which will be communicated to the customer.

 

5. Modification and Cancellation: Last-minute orders are subject to our standard modification and cancellation policies. 

However, the additional fee is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

 

By placing a last-minute order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.

All payments for orders will be processed at the time of purchase. 

Your payment will be securely processed to ensure a smooth transaction in accordance with the GDPR rules



C. Refund policy

 

Thank you for choosing Cristina’s Bakery for your order. We strive to provide you with the best products and services possible. However, we understand that there might be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our refund policy:

 

 

a. Full Refund Eligibility:

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made more than two days before the scheduled delivery time. The refund will be initiated using the original payment method, and the amount will be credited back to your account within the specified processing time of your financial institution.

 

b. Partial Refund Eligibility:

For specific perishable items, customers may be eligible for a partial refund if the cancellation request is made within a specific time frame. If the cancellation request for cookies is made less than one day before the scheduled delivery time or for bread less than two days before the scheduled delivery time, a partial refund may be granted. The exact amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the order.

 

c. Refund Exclusions:

No refund will be provided if the order is already in progress. This includes situations where the products have been prepared, packaged, or are in transit for delivery. In such cases, you will be notified accordingly via email or any other preferred mode of communication.

 

d. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund request, please contact us through our contact information provided on your order confirmation. When requesting a refund, kindly provide your order details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

 

e. Refund Discretion:

Cristina’s Bakery reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution for both parties.

 

f. Modifications to Refund Policy:

Cristina’s Bakery may update or modify this refund policy from time to time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about the current terms and conditions.

Non-Cumulative Offers


Please note that all offers, deals, and promotions provided by our website are non-cumulative. This means that only one offer, deal, or promotion can be applied per transaction. Multiple offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with one another. We reserve the right to modify or terminate offers at any time without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.



Other terms and conditions

The provider reserves the right to decline fulfilling orders for products or services with incorrect prices that do not align with the company's pricing structure. In such cases, the buyer/user/client will be contacted and will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or decline it.

The provider reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions, as well as to the offer, without prior notification and without specifying reasons. Additionally, the provider reserves the right to rectify any omissions or display errors that may arise from drafting mistakes, inaccuracies, or software product errors, without prior notice. These errors do not impose any obligation on the provider.

The provider reserves the right to decline collaboration with users/buyers who exhibit inappropriate behaviour and language (aggressive, offensive, etc.) or who have outstanding debts in their collaboration history.
